Thank you for this opportunity to give your company some feedback on the services I received on 11/24/2010 and follow up service on 1/3/2011. My service person Jimmy was courteous and provided service in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward.  When I had to make a follow up call about a leak from the same area,  I was again treated courteously as I was the first time with an apology, because a section of my carpet was soaked.  That in itself sold me on ASAP.
